1. Warranty Coverage

Every luxury watch sold by Vlassco Jewelry will be under a manufacturer’s warranty that covers the replacement or repair of the said watch if there are defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Specific warranty periods may vary depending upon the brand, and most of them are mentioned together with their respective purchases.

What's Covered:

– Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the watch, such as issues with the movement, dial, hands, or casing.

– Mechanical Failures: Any failure of the internal mechanical movement, if applicable, such as automatic, chronograph, etc.

– Functional Defects: Issues such as timekeeping errors, malfunctioning crowns or pushers, and other defects that arise from manufacturing errors.

What's Not Covered:

– Wear and Tear: General wear and tear due to daily usage, including scratches on the case or crystal, fading of the dial, or damage to the leather strap.

– Water Damage: If the watch has been exposed to water, unless specifically designed as water-resistant and within the recommended limits. Please make sure you follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for water resistance.

– Accidental Damage: Any accidental drops, impacts, or general mishandling.

– Unauthorized Repairs: If any repairs, modification, or servicing has been done on the watch by an unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.

– Battery and Bracelet: For watches with quartz movements, the battery is not included in the warranty unless it has been determined to be defective. Also, bracelet or strap damage is usually not included.

2. How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your watch has a defect in quality that is covered by our warranty, here are the steps you can take:

Step 1: Contact Vlassco Jewelry

Please reach out to our Customer Service Team either by calling or emailing to report an issue with your timepiece. Please have the following ready:

– Your order number or purchase receipt.

– A detailed description of the issue.

– Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable.

Our team will verify your claim and see if your case is covered under warranty by the manufacturer.

Step 2: Inspection and Evaluation

We may request you to send us or directly to the authorized service center your watch for inspection, whereupon the problem is diagnosed either by the manufacturer itself or our own service personnel as a warranty repair.

Step 3: Repair or Replacement

– Repair: In case of a warranty on your watch, repair services would be free; we take the timepiece back and ensure that it returns in the shape it was made.

– Replacement: If fixing is not possible or if it is an irreparable deficiency, then one can provide replacement; otherwise, alternatives may be negotiated with the manufacturing company.

Step 4: Return Shipping

Once the repair or replacement is complete, your watch will be returned to you with any documentation necessary to confirm the work performed. If your watch was purchased from Vlassco Jewelry, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the watch to you.

– Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or invoice, is required for any warranty claims. Please keep your purchase records safe.

– Service Recommendations: We recommend that your watch be serviced periodically by an authorized professional to keep it performing at its best. Long performance of your luxury timepiece requires periodic service.

4. International Warranty Service

Since we serve customers in both the UAE and the UK, rest assured that, generally, your warranty is valid internationally, but terms vary by country. The authorized service centers for each brand are found around the world, and we can assist you in getting in contact with the correct center for your region.
