Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through our Refunds & Exchanges process.

1. General Policy

Our goal is to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, or if you feel your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange under the following terms:
  • Time of Return : We do provide a return period of 30 days for all merchandise purchased through Vlassco Jewelry. It needs to be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • State of Goods : Returned goods must be in a new, unworn state with original packaging, documentation, tags, and all accessories intact. Pre-owned luxury timepieces that have been worn or show signs of use may not be returnable or exchangeable.
  • Warranty : Items that are eligible for return or exchange will still be subject to the terms of our warranty (if applicable), which covers any mechanical or functional defects for a specified period.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your purchase must meet the following criteria:
  • The item is purchased directly from Vlassco Jewelry, either online or in-store.
  • You can prove purchase by showing an order confirmation or receipt.
  • The item was returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is in its original, unworn condition and includes all tags, documentation, and packaging.

Exceptions:

  • Special Orders or Custom Pieces : Items that are customized or specially ordered can't be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Sale or Discounted Items : Some sale or discounted items may not be included in our regular return policy. Please refer to the specific terms at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us

Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vlassco.com. Provide the following information:

– Your order number

– Description of item being returned or exchanged

– Reason for return or exchange

This will be followed by a consultation from our team on what to do next, who will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany any return or exchange.

2. Preparing the Return

Your luxury timepiece is shipped back, securely packaged in its original packaging, to include:

– Watch box

– Warranty card

– Instruction manual

– Tags, certificates, and other accompanying documents

You are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Vlassco Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Processing the Return or Exchange

We will verify the item upon receipt and ensure that it meets the above eligibility. After our approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds : Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account; this depends on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges : If you want to exchange for another model, we can advise you on the availability of the model and the price difference. Any extra payment or refund required will be processed once the exchange is confirmed.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If, for any reason, you receive a defective or damaged item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will be happy to arrange a return and a full refund or replacement with no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Vlassco Jewelry watches are warranted against mechanical or material defects under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Various brands can refer to their own warranties with different terms and conditions that can be viewed below. If your watch has a defect that is still under warranty, we will help you through any repair or replacement process.

5. International Returns

We allow refunds and exchanges for all purchases made either from one of our **Dubai and UK** stores or online. Note that international returns are subject to a shipping fee and may require extended processing times. For returned items, all customs duties or import taxes shall be borne by the customer.
